I offer intuitive energy healing for those who feel the call to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves—whether that be for people, horses, or the spaces we live in.

My work is not confined to one modality. Rather than following a set structure, I listen—to your energy, your body, and the subtle cues that reveal what’s truly needed in each moment. It is also gently guided by ancestral wisdom, including the teachings of my Seneca grandmothers, which are woven into the way I hold space and support each session. Every session is intuitive, allowing space for the nervous system—human or animal—and the energy within a space to settle and gently realign.

This work isn’t about fixing. It’s about creating the conditions where the body, the spirit, and even the environment can do what they already know how to do—restore, release, and return to balance.

Inspired by the steady guidance of the North Star, I hold a calm, supportive space where you, your animals, and your surroundings can come back into alignment—quietly, naturally, and in your own time.

My equine energy sessions are guided with the same intuitive, respectful approach, honoring the sensitivity and awareness of the horse. Horses are deeply attuned to energy, and during a session, I work quietly and intuitively—allowing the horse to lead, respond, and receive in their own way. These sessions can support relaxation, emotional release, and overall balance, while also helping to deepen the connection between horse and human. Whether addressing stress, behavioral shifts, or simply offering support, the work is gentle, non-invasive, and rooted in trust, presence, and respect for the horse’s natural wisdom.

Just as our bodies hold energy, our homes and spaces do as well. Over time, they can carry the imprint of stress, conflict, grief, or simply the weight of everyday life. A space clearing gently shifts and restores the energy of your environment, helping it feel lighter, calmer, and more supportive. This work is guided intuitively, honoring both the space and those who live within it. Rather than forcing change, the intention is to clear what feels heavy and allow the space to return to a more natural sense of balance, ease, and harmony.Sacred smoke may be used to gently clear and reset the energy of the space, creating a sense of openness and ease. Crystals are placed with intention, supporting areas that feel in need of grounding, balance, or gentle support. Subtle vibrational sound and aromatherapy may also be incorporated to quiet the nervous system and invite a deeper state of relaxation.

These elements are never forced—they are woven in only as needed, guided by what is felt in the moment. The goal is not to do more, but to create the right conditions for your body and energy to settle, release, and come back into alignment in a way that feels steady, supported, and truly your own.
